  • Daily morning group exercise: Dedicated time to connect with yourself physically and focus on your inner relaxation to enhance overall wellbeing.
     

  • Art Therapy: Led by arabic calligraphy artist, allow yourself to be in touch with your creative side, use paint as a powerful tool of expression.
